The service

Calloflow provides an AI-powered phone answering service. The AI answers calls, captures appointment requests and messages, and makes them available in your dashboard. Appointment requests are requests — your business confirms them with the caller.

Subscription

The service is billed monthly at the published price, starts with a 14-day free trial, and can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the billing period.

Responsible use

You provide accurate business information for the AI to answer from and remain responsible for confirming bookings and responding to captured messages. The AI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Liability

The service is provided as-is during the MVP phase. Calloflow B.V.'s liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
